Activity advances while attention is present.

Who it's for

One system, three very different reasons to start.

Every brain is different, and effective support has to be personal. There is no single answer and no one-size-fits-all program — so we build each plan around the person in front of us.

Children & teens

When effort isn't the problem

Homework becomes hard not because of ability, but because planning, organizing and finishing the steps is hard. We train the underlying skills — so school gets easier from the inside out.

Adults

Focus that holds up at work

Starting tasks, staying organized, following through. Adults with attention challenges train the same core skills, on their own schedule, at home.

Families & caregivers

Supporting a parent's brain health

For people experiencing cognitive changes, including age-related decline and Alzheimer's. Like physical exercise, cognitive training can benefit the brain at any stage of life when it's applied consistently.

How it works

Feedback the brain can actually use.

A wearable sensor monitors attention-related signals and feeds them back in real time. When focus rises, the activity moves. When attention drops, it pauses. That direct link between attention and outcome is what makes the skill visible — and trainable.

STEP 01

Consultation

We start with a detailed conversation about needs, challenges and goals — before any equipment is involved.

STEP 02

Assessment

A baseline picture of attention and cognitive performance, using structured behavioral and performance-based measures.

STEP 03

Personal plan

A training schedule built around the individual, with daily-routine and family guidance where it helps.

STEP 04

Train & adjust

Sessions at home, difficulty that adapts to performance, progress tracked over time, and ongoing coaching throughout.

Technology alone isn't enough

Meaningful progress happens when brain training sits inside a broader system — guidance, structure and daily-life integration. Depending on the person, a plan may include:

  • Neurocognitive training — real-time feedback that builds self-regulation naturally over time.
  • Physical activity support — sustainable routines that fit real life.
  • Coaching and guidance — help applying strategies at home, and navigating school or care systems.
  • Nutrition awareness — general, practical guidance for overall brain health.
  • Mindfulness and attention awareness — learning to notice attention patterns as they happen.
  • Behavioral support — connecting attention, actions and outcomes more clearly.

FocusTraining is designed to support the whole person — not just symptoms.

What we train

Executive function rests on cognitive skills. We train the foundation.

Executive functions — planning, organizing, deciding, finishing — are what carry a person through a normal day. They're supported by a set of more basic cognitive skills. Those are what we target.

Attention & focusDirecting it on purpose, and sustaining it.
Working memoryHolding and using information in the moment.
Short-term memoryFollowing instructions, finishing tasks.
Spatial memoryOrganization, and remembering where things are.
Filtering distractionsStaying with the task when the room isn't quiet.
Auditory processingUnderstanding and acting on what's said.
Visual processingPattern recognition and visual sequencing.
Processing speedResponding accurately without stalling.
Planning & organizationBreaking work into steps that get done.
Task initiationStarting — often the hardest part.
Impulse controlPausing between the urge and the action.
Problem solvingReasoning through something unfamiliar.

Many people with ADHD don't lack attention. They have difficulty directing and sustaining it.

Cognitive games

Screen time, turned into skill-building time.

Our games aren't entertainment with a training label attached. Unlike games built on passive engagement, this system requires real attention, real control and real effort — and it only rewards the moments when attention is actually there.

When focus increases, performance improves. When attention drops, the activity responds.

Built to transfer off the screen

  • Strengthen attention and focus
  • Improve working memory
  • Support impulse control
  • Enhance processing speed
  • Develop executive function skills

Each user starts at their current level, difficulty rises gradually, and progress is tracked over time — consistent growth without overwhelm. The goal isn't a high score. It's better focus at school or work, better task completion, stronger self-regulation, and more confidence.

Research & clinical studies

Evidence-informed, and honest about what that means.

Neurofeedback and attention training have been studied in controlled settings, including research run with academic and medical institutions and published in peer-reviewed journals. Reported outcomes include improvements in attention, executive functioning and off-task behavior in people with ADHD, with some results maintained over time.

Measured objectively

Attention and behavior are evaluated with a combination of tools: standardized behavioral assessments, performance-based attention tests, and computer-based tasks measuring response to visual and auditory stimuli.

Works across settings

Structured cognitive training has been implemented not only in clinical settings but also in schools and home environments — which is why a guided home program is practical rather than a compromise.

Built on neuroplasticity

The brain changes and adapts through learning. Practiced consistently, attention and cognitive skills form stronger, more efficient neural pathways — which is why repetition and awareness are the whole method.

We don't make exaggerated claims. The causes of ADHD and Alzheimer's disease are complex and multifactorial, and no single approach works for everyone. What we offer is a structured, evidence-informed system that supports attention, cognitive functioning and long-term brain health.

Compare us

Most programs solve one piece. This is the whole system.

Technology, guidance and skill-building in one program — with no hidden fees and no add-ons required to make the essential features work.

Wearable neurofeedback

Comfortable, non-invasive sensor technology that's easy to use at home and responsive to the user's actual level of attention.

Adaptive difficulty

The system adjusts to performance so the challenge stays in the productive range, with clear progress tracking and feedback that's easy to read.

Motor & coordination support

Attention and motor coordination are closely linked. Training supports mind-body coordination, control in tasks like handwriting, and precision in movement.

Ongoing human support

Guidance through the whole process, structure for each session, support for families when it's needed, and technical help so the system just works.

Answers

The questions people actually ask first.

What exactly is FocusTraining?
A neurocognitive training system that pairs wearable neurofeedback technology with structured cognitive exercises and human coaching. A sensor monitors attention-related signals; the activity on screen responds in real time. Over repeated sessions, the person learns to recognize when attention drops and bring it back — which is the skill that transfers into school, work and daily life.
What are executive functions, and why do you focus on them?
Executive functions are the mental processes that let someone plan, organize, decide and finish things. For many people with ADHD these don't run efficiently, which shows up as trouble starting tasks, staying organized or following through. They rest on more basic cognitive skills:
  • Attention and focus
  • Working memory and short-term memory
  • Filtering distractions
  • Auditory processing
  • Visual processing
  • Spatial awareness
We train the foundation so the executive functions on top of it work better.
Who is this appropriate for?
Children and adults with attention challenges such as ADHD; people who want to improve cognitive performance generally; and people experiencing cognitive changes, including age-related decline and Alzheimer's. Programs are customized after a consultation, so the starting point is a conversation rather than a purchase.
How much time does it take?
Consistency matters more than volume. Structured training in small, regular amounts can support meaningful change over time — even a limited weekly commitment. Your plan sets a realistic schedule during the consultation, based on the person's life rather than an ideal one.
Is this a replacement for medical treatment?
No. FocusTraining is a cognitive training program, not a medical treatment, and it isn't a substitute for diagnosis or care from a licensed clinician. Many people use it alongside the care they already receive. If you're managing a medical condition, talk to your physician about how training fits into your overall plan.
Can it be used in a school or clinic?
Yes. Structured cognitive training has been implemented in schools and clinical settings as well as at home. The rental covers unlimited users on one system, so a practice or classroom can work with as many people as it needs to.
How long do I have to commit?
One month. That's the minimum rental period — after that you continue month to month or send the system back. There's no annual contract and no cancellation penalty, because a program that isn't working for someone shouldn't be held together by a contract.
Who pays for shipping?
We ship the system out to you. When you're finished, return shipping is arranged and paid by you — we'll send the return instructions and the address, so nothing has to be figured out at the last minute. We recommend shipping it back insured and tracked.
Is there a rental agreement?
Yes. Before the system ships, you sign a short rental agreement covering the monthly term, the condition the equipment goes out in, and how it comes back. It's written to be readable — you'll know what you're agreeing to before you sign it.
What if the equipment is damaged or lost?
While the system is in your care, you're responsible for it. If it's lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal use, the rental agreement covers replacement or repair costs. Normal wear from everyday training is expected and isn't charged for. Insurance on the equipment is quoted alongside your plan, and we'd rather you carry it than find out the hard way.
What kind of results should I expect?
We won't promise a number. Research on neurofeedback-based training reports improvements in attention, executive functioning and off-task behavior, with some results maintained over time — but outcomes vary between individuals, and no single approach works for everyone. What we commit to is a structured program, objective measurement, and honest reporting of what the data shows.
