Neurocognitive training system
FocusTraining combines neurofeedback technology with structured coaching to strengthen attention, working memory and executive function — for children and adults with ADHD, and for people experiencing cognitive decline, including Alzheimer's.

Activity advances while attention is present.
Who it's for
Every brain is different, and effective support has to be personal. There is no single answer and no one-size-fits-all program — so we build each plan around the person in front of us.
Children & teens
Homework becomes hard not because of ability, but because planning, organizing and finishing the steps is hard. We train the underlying skills — so school gets easier from the inside out.
Adults
Starting tasks, staying organized, following through. Adults with attention challenges train the same core skills, on their own schedule, at home.
Families & caregivers
For people experiencing cognitive changes, including age-related decline and Alzheimer's. Like physical exercise, cognitive training can benefit the brain at any stage of life when it's applied consistently.
How it works
A wearable sensor monitors attention-related signals and feeds them back in real time. When focus rises, the activity moves. When attention drops, it pauses. That direct link between attention and outcome is what makes the skill visible — and trainable.
STEP 01
We start with a detailed conversation about needs, challenges and goals — before any equipment is involved.
STEP 02
A baseline picture of attention and cognitive performance, using structured behavioral and performance-based measures.
STEP 03
A training schedule built around the individual, with daily-routine and family guidance where it helps.
STEP 04
Sessions at home, difficulty that adapts to performance, progress tracked over time, and ongoing coaching throughout.
Meaningful progress happens when brain training sits inside a broader system — guidance, structure and daily-life integration. Depending on the person, a plan may include:
FocusTraining is designed to support the whole person — not just symptoms.
What we train
Executive functions — planning, organizing, deciding, finishing — are what carry a person through a normal day. They're supported by a set of more basic cognitive skills. Those are what we target.
Many people with ADHD don't lack attention. They have difficulty directing and sustaining it.
Cognitive games
Our games aren't entertainment with a training label attached. Unlike games built on passive engagement, this system requires real attention, real control and real effort — and it only rewards the moments when attention is actually there.
When focus increases, performance improves. When attention drops, the activity responds.
Each user starts at their current level, difficulty rises gradually, and progress is tracked over time — consistent growth without overwhelm. The goal isn't a high score. It's better focus at school or work, better task completion, stronger self-regulation, and more confidence.
Research & clinical studies
Neurofeedback and attention training have been studied in controlled settings, including research run with academic and medical institutions and published in peer-reviewed journals. Reported outcomes include improvements in attention, executive functioning and off-task behavior in people with ADHD, with some results maintained over time.
Attention and behavior are evaluated with a combination of tools: standardized behavioral assessments, performance-based attention tests, and computer-based tasks measuring response to visual and auditory stimuli.
Structured cognitive training has been implemented not only in clinical settings but also in schools and home environments — which is why a guided home program is practical rather than a compromise.
The brain changes and adapts through learning. Practiced consistently, attention and cognitive skills form stronger, more efficient neural pathways — which is why repetition and awareness are the whole method.
We don't make exaggerated claims. The causes of ADHD and Alzheimer's disease are complex and multifactorial, and no single approach works for everyone. What we offer is a structured, evidence-informed system that supports attention, cognitive functioning and long-term brain health.
Compare us
Technology, guidance and skill-building in one program — with no hidden fees and no add-ons required to make the essential features work.
Comfortable, non-invasive sensor technology that's easy to use at home and responsive to the user's actual level of attention.
The system adjusts to performance so the challenge stays in the productive range, with clear progress tracking and feedback that's easy to read.
Attention and motor coordination are closely linked. Training supports mind-body coordination, control in tasks like handwriting, and precision in movement.
Guidance through the whole process, structure for each session, support for families when it's needed, and technical help so the system just works.
Rental plan
No equipment to buy and no tiers to compare. The full system ships to you for a flat monthly rate — whether it's one child at the kitchen table or a caseload at a clinic.
Shipping and insurance quoted separately based on destination.
One-month minimum, then continue or return it — no long contract.
We ship the system to you. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the renter.
A short rental agreement is signed before the system ships; the renter is responsible for the equipment while it's in their care.
